I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, upgrading my room without any extra charge and helping me with a PCR test issue. The location couldn't have been better, just a few meters away from the main train station and with excellent subway and tram connections into the city center. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities inside the room were top-notch. The big TV and spacious bathroom were a great bonus. Additionally, the breakfast provided was lovely, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
